We bought our Wooloowin house through Kim at auction three years ago and decided to go with her when we sold the same house. When we were the buyers we thought she was a good agent because she was always available for inspections that weren't scheduled and in the end we paid about $40,000 more for the house then we wanted, so we thought she was a good agent for when you're selling.

When it came to sell the Wooloowin house this year, she gave us advice on what we needed to do to get the house ready, without going overboard. That showed she knew what type of buyer we are catering for and meant we could get it ready quickly. Kim was always reliable and available to talk to, no matter if it was in the evening or weekend. That helped put our minds at ease when you're dealing with your life savings! In the end our house sold in two days, and we got a price in the higher end of the bracket we wanted. Kim also negotiated a longer settlement for us (to allow us time to find a new home), finally handing over the keys in October. All in all we got everything we needed with no stress at all.
